A name or location entered in a search tool is sent directly to the outside provider that operates that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its results. We do not keep or log those search terms on our systems.

Trousdale County Criminal History does not keep, assemble, or sell a database of personal criminal records. It publishes directions to official custodians such as Sheriff Records, the Circuit Court Clerk, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, and the Tennessee Sex Offender Registry. We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor data is not turned into consumer reports or profiles about other people.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies operate the site's search boxes. Their privacy policies, retention periods, and sharing rules govern any data entered there. We do not control those practices, so review the selected provider's policy before running a search.

Links may lead to the Trousdale County government, Tennessee agencies, courts, legal resources, or private search services. Once you leave this site, the destination's privacy policy controls. Read it before providing personal information.
